The tour experience was easy to book on the website with options of just the factory tour or an extended walk around the Jewish ghetto which we did and thoroughly enjoyed the informative guide who had an abundance of historical information. At then of the walk we also found out that are ticket gave us free entry into the pharmacy museum which had interactive displays and fascinating information about the people and their lives during the war.

The salt mines is truly an interesting experience, so many great facts shared during the tour and our tour guide paul really knew his stuff. I loved every minute of that experience As for schindlers factory, our tour guide was something else. I personally started the tour thinking this will not be as good as salt mines. I was wrong. The guy that gave us the tour (i did not get his name), is extremely passionate about letting us know about this history. He grasps your attention but how passionate he describes the experience. It saddened me to know the reality of war and the truth behind how people truly get impacted but I still wanted to keep on hearing him describe things to us. He told us about how his family and relatives got impacted, the generations that unfold after war. He grabbed my attention and has truly changed my perspective. Definitely wish to have him again on my other tours which i have on this trip. Wonderful experiences and people which I will take with me home to Malta.

From start to end this was great experience. We met our hosts then given a landyard and headset. That worked well. The guided tour begins straight away before you get to the castle. Our guide had lots of knowledge and history to share. Well worth it, the castle and cathedral are so good. Highly recommend.

The ferry was very nice and cozy. The views around the river were worth it and we were able to take fun pictures. Thanks to the guide's explanations we learned about curiosities and key points of the city. And besides, we were lucky enough to make a couple of friends to hang out with on the cruise and go out with afterwards! I highly recommend the experience and would choose it again.

It was very enjoyable. The tour guide was very informative but also made a few jokes. The mines themselves were a lovely sight and the stories for everything was interesting. It was surprising finding the largest underground chapel and a banquet hall for weddings down there, but its really beautiful. A lot of salt, so I wasn't disappointed. They also have a food court in the mines at the end of the tour, so if you want to eat in the mines,it is possible. The food was okay though in my opinion, a lot of nice options around the mines.

Our tour guide made the visit very interesting. I really enjoyed her character and the way she explained the history of the town. It was fascinating to see the foundations of the city, the importance of the appearance of the quays, their remains, and the way life at that time is recreated.

The flexibility of travel, and the friendliness of the driver and assistant. Room for improvement would be the bus pick up points, even just a sticker at the bus shelter or on a lamp post.
