Unreal experience. Fun and informative
Everything from knowing the vehicle and driver that was coming for us to the great laugh we had with Kuba. Only disappointment was the thermal baths but nothing to do with yourselves. We had been to thermal baths in Budapest that were so much better and hotter. The Tetra mountain was fantastic. If we return to Krakow we will definitely book with yourselves again
The ease of booking was great and was kept informed about the upcoming trip , our guide Simon was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him.
Margaret was a brilliant guide. Full of energy and fun. Zakopane is a beautiful place and the thermal baths was a great way to finish a brilliant day out. Many thanks

Tour guide was nice and open for questions. Had some annoying loud travelers on the same bus that would even talk through the important announcements from the guide over speakers in the bus and I had to tell them to be quiet. We only had effective 2 hours of time at the thermal baths instead of the 3 hour ticket I expected as stated online.
We had the most amazing day with our driver and guide Piotr. Cheese tasting in the Shepards hut (we're big cheese lovers so we really enjoyed this, very tasty!) Zakopane centre and the Tatra mountains were breathtaking, then finishing the day in the thermal baths was heavenly. Highly recommend!
Peter the driver was great, really nice person. Gave the Kraków dragon story as an addition. He knew what he was talking about. The only issue was that new tickets had to be sent out and you needed data, which I did not have (no roaming) but the Peter did help us with a manual ticket. The cheese and vodka tasting was amazing!! The cheese was salty, chewy and delicious!!
Absolutely amazing, your guide Jacob was a great funny informative guy would highly recommend, the trip was amazing so much value for money
Very nice experience, our guide was great and very helpful. Highly recommend.
Picked up punctually at meeting point by local company used by Headout. Minibus comfortable. Great communication and updates on email and WhatsApp. Thermal Baths were suberb. Evening visit is great as not as busy. Could be more servers in outdoor pool bar (long queues). Suggest 2 towels - keep 1 in locker - the other gets damp going around. We ate pizzas which were delicious. Very relaxing.
OrganIzed very well. Kamil the guid was very polite smiley and very informative. We wish we had more time in the bath. We recommend this tour of course
The actual booking process and the driver were great The actual venue itself to be honest was nice but not worth the money or all my time whilst here. To be brutally honest it is a glorified swimming pool but jacuzzi's. There are no natural spas at all. The setting is great up in the mountains but that is basically it. Big jacuzzi pools!!!

Head out booking simple and easy and local operator confirmed our hotel pickup the day before. The driver was excellent and guidecdid a good job. The time at Zacapane was a bit overlong as not much to do there after doing the mountain railway. The rest was good especially the thermal baths.
Our tour guide Joanna was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic which made for a great and fun day out. Felt very chilled and relaxed and never felt rushed at any point. Would thoroughly recommend booking onto this trip
We loved everything! It was amazing!!! We had the best driver, best tour guide in the world!!

The trip was amazing from start to finish. Great contact with our guide Maciek who was friendly, professional and very informative. Nothing was too much and we were well looked after. Everything was excellent from the cheese and vodka, the trip to Zakopane and the thermal baths. It was a memorable trip made better by such a great guide Maciek. I would definitely recommend the trip and Maciek

The first part was still okay, but still ... sometimes I wanted to wander around to read the signs ... for example, the gynecological experimentation block was not commented on ... the guide's comments were given while we were still in a previous room, so there was a gap ... The worst was Birkenau... we entered... we went to the ruined room .... we saw a single barrack... and Fin 😡 While there was a children's barrack ... not seen ... right side as you enter ... not seen !.... on the plan it says kitchen bathroom...not seen ?! ... the sauna ?!...not seen Really disappointed with this pace... and on top of that, no more guide book in French 😡 Frankly, I preferred to have time to myself without a guidebook!

Our experience was very good. The whole tour lasted around seven hours (as we were informed when we made the reservation), we returned on time and were able to enjoy a nice dinner and drinks in the old town. Our driver, Patryk, was very kind and friendly. Our guide (I can't remember his name) was also very good, with excellent knowledge and gave us the tour exactly as we had imagined for this particular place, with calmness and respect. Overall, we are very satisfied!
Accuracy of all arrangments and perfect guidance of the tours. Patrick did a Verzonden good job
Excellent communication with pick up & drop off; driver very courteous and friendly. We all enjoyed the experience from start to finish, ticketing all taken care of and our English tour guide was brilliant. Happy customers :) thank you
our guide the tour sound like a movie narrator… He was excellent and really engaging and I'm probably spelling his name wrong but it was something like Matthias.
My brother and I paid for an English speaking guide and were told when picked up by the hotel that "no English speaking guides" would be available on the day of our visit (10 Oct 2024) to Auschwitz (booking id 21034794 - Partner ref # COM-T7969283). Everyone in our group was complaining, but the driver just told everyone to contact the office regarding the issue and a credit should be applied to our credit card for the lack of a guide. Essentially we wandered around the sites without any real understanding what we were looking at and wasted a lot of time. We should have been given a credit on our booking to which we had already paid AUD $294 in full on-line. This is the 2nd time i have sent this complaint and I am yet to hear back from anyone regarding the matter. I have since read many reviews regarding this tour and others have experienced similar problems. I await a response this time to what credit I will receive?? regards Terence Dwyer
To change the pick up time from 9am to 6am at less than 18 hours notice is unacceptable. No reason given and it was not helpful at all. Our guide and excursion was fine - although the minibus was very cramped & full.
The tour of Auschwitz was very emotional and very well organised. However on our arrival at Auschwitz at 08.30hrs we were informed by our driver that our tour was not until 11.00hrs and we should go to Birkenbau. He took us to Birkenbau and left us to look around by ourselves with no tour guide. We were then collected and returned for our 11.00hrs tour. This was not what we had booked. We were walking blindly around Birkenbau gathering information from signs. The guide would have provided a far better insight and detailed knowledge. I know this as the guide that took us around Auschwitz was excellent and he was due to be our guide as Birkenbau.
Everything was great from start to finish. Our driver Norbert was fantastic and our tour guide was great and very good explaining everything on the tour
It was well organized. I know that you have no control over it but you need a lot more time than 2 1/2 hours to take it all in. The guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. I wish I could have had more time at certain parts to reflect.
Seemed like bait and switch. Time changed by almost four hours and did not have small group tour signed up for. You need to do a better job screening your providers. Tour in Auschwitz 1 seemed rushed.
We had expected longer time to explore the venue. We felt the guide rushed the experience with little or no time to read the information boards or take photos. The older and slower members of the group were left behind and missed some of his commentary.
Damien was a great driver and was wonderful getting us through the queues. He was instrumental in getting us a fast lunch between Camp 1 and Birkenau
The entire experience from pickup/ drop to/ from Auschwitz tour was very good. Our driver Greg was very humble and good natured and made the journey smooth. He was patient and also provide information about the whereabouts of the city. Our English Tour guide was very nice orator. It was very informative and interesting tour. She was good with taking up questions and answered them. Overall the experience was good for us.
Great driver and a very cool guide. The storytelling was perfect in spire of the tragic story

Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau is a deeply moving and sobering experience. It’s not a “beautiful” place in the conventional sense—nor should it be. It is a place that confronts us with the darkest chapters of human history, and reminds us of the unimaginable suffering endured by millions. Our tour was exceptionally well guided by Magdalena m. Her knowledge, sensitivity, and respectful tone were outstanding throughout the visit. She managed to convey historical facts with clarity while also capturing the emotional weight and human stories behind them. Magdalena struck the perfect balance between education and empathy—never overstepping the line into dramatization, but also never letting the gravity of the place fade. This is not a tour you “enjoy” in the traditional sense. It is a tour you carry with you. Thanks to Magdalena, we left not only informed, but emotionally connected to what we had witnessed. Her guidance made all the difference.
I loved that we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel- the drive was nice and the van was comfy- it was an enjoyable moving experience- our tour guide was very good and he shared a lot of information- glad we booked it
Very informative tour, the whole experience was brilliant. Hotel pick up and drop off, key information sent through the day before the tour. Very friendly driver, highly recommend!
Everything! The tour guide was amazing she shown and told us so so much! Such a sad heart breaking experience but such an eye opener
It was insightful. No problem with bus or driver. Surely the guide speaks better english, than if speak Polish, except she kept confusing me every time she said pre-ZONErs. I couldn't figure out who this group of people were until I was farther away and barely heard her. Much to my surprise, she was actually saying PRIZoners.

I can recommend the tour and I want to thank our guide who was amazing. Only problem: I wish we could have taken a little more time at some points on the tour and let the rooms sink in. For example, I would have liked to pause for a moment in the gas chamber instead of just walking through it.
Our guide today was spectacular, very, very good, knew what he was talking about, perfect Spanish, very attentive to the group, so that we were all well... really a very good experience
The tour and especially the guide were very good so I am satisfied with the experience. The group leader was also very clear, kind and helpful. The only negative note was the time change communicated less than 24 hours before: I had booked the visit from 9 a.m. but we were told we would leave at 5 a.m. This seemed like a very big change, especially considering that people for the night before may have already scheduled something late. In addition, no precise explanation of the change was given. Also there was no suggestion of a refund so there was no choice. It probably said in the travel conditions that the organizer could change the time, but that does not change the fact that this made us a little uncomfortable.

Booking the tour to Auschwitz was easy. The tour is very well organized and the guide was great. Our tour was supposed to leave at 7 a.m., however, two days before we were notified both by email and message that the departure was earlier than 6 a.m. To make sure we got the info, they asked us to respond to the message. So very thorough. I highly recommend this service.

A hugely impressive experience to experience. Everything was well organized, departure to the minute exactly as indicated at the right place. On the spot everything went as it seemed it should. The guide who was with us did a very good job. She clearly indicated beforehand what you had to comply with and also during the tour, between all the stories, she clearly indicated when pictures could or could not be taken. Furthermore, the transportation was completely fine and there was the possibility to be provided with a packed lunch. All in all a top experience.

The tour was amazing and very educational. Our tour guide, Martin, was brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Changing the pick up time to 4:30 am was ridiculous especially as we didn't get our tour until 10:00 am when the admission was actually free and we only payed for the English guide ( who also was excellent). Due to the pick up time change to 4:30 am we had to get a taxi as the pick up was a 30 minute walk from our accommodation.
Great trip and great service. The only flaw was that it was a very rushed tour due to so many groups (not the guide's fault). Great!

Loved the experience. Very sobering. It was made all the better by the the driver and guide who were wonderful and did a great job
The schedule changed from 6 am to 4:40 am which is really early on, just to wait for several hours until 10:45 when the guided visit began. I believe that the trip could be made shorter if it were not necessary to collect the tickets personally. However, our guide Suzanne was on top of us and provided quality explanations that enhanced our visit - no complaints there.
Excellent communication prior to the trip , picked up at 08.30 as requested , fast track /skip the line tickets great , our driver and tour guide were friendly and helpful .
Everything was perfect from pick-up to drop-off. The guide was great! She explained a lot and answered all your questions! This experience is worth a 5/5 with no problem.

The trip in general so much learnt and to experience it all was very overwhelming . Tour guide was very knowledgeable - 10000% worth the visit
Both the guide and the tour were perfect. I was able to immerse myself in a reality that is difficult to understand unless seen with one's own eyes. Thank you

The trip we booked was a tour to Auschwitz. It was a very worthwhile visit. The good things were in the first place to be and to know this terrible episode of history and secondly the guide Susana who was very professional with all clarity, kindness and with a lot of empathy gave us information about the organization and also about the subject related to Auschwitz. Last but not least the transfer on board the bus, which was also comfortable and conducted in a very orderly manner. We were staying in Krakow. The tour had at least three meeting points. We chose one of the stops near our lodging. The bus arrived on time and from there we went to Auschwitz. The return trip also went according to plan. Why didn't I give the tour a thumbs up? Because a few hours before the reservation they changed the boarding and departure time from 6.00 am to 3:35 am. That was a drastic change! And with no other option. Accepting the change and with a bit of mistrust we were fortunate to realize that other travelers were in our situation. The bus arrived for us at 3:35 o'clock and we arrived at 5:55 in Auschwitz. Being there the wait is long. and our guided tour (by the Auschwitz Museum and Memorial) started until 10:00 am! The memorial guide was not as eloquent or as well organized as the bus guide but she did her job. Lastly it is worth mentioning that I booked the tour in English because I no longer had a choice as I had no more time, but it can be done in another language. All in all with a little bit of everything it was more good than bad. If you are in Krakow this trip to Auschwitz is highly recommended!

So interesting to learn about such a significant and historic world event that should never be forgotten. George was prompt and on-time to collect us in the morning and Susana had superb knowledge of history and instructions were simple and clear.

The tour was supposed to last 10 hours- from 8:00 to 18:00. At 16:00 we were back to Krakow. The guide -Chris- rushed us to leave from zakopane area because there would be traffic on the road. Most of the time while he was driving he was talking on the phone and chatted in WhatsApp. Also he tried to sell us "different options" for our trip - in an additional cost of course. Except from the guide, the entire tour was great. Zakopane is a very nice vibrant city, and the moments we spent on the mountains, playing with the snow are unforgettable.

Zakopane is a tourist town and Majority of people they are probably make their money from the tourist somehow or another, I think they should be more helpful.
