Krakow City Card

It was fantastic!! I would reccomend everybody to have it. Thanks to it, we could enter to many attractions or lovely museums including the Schindler's factory. It's totally worth the price

Overall it was good experience. Primar problem is uncomplete informations about where to collect card and that you do not have to make a timeslot reservation if there are not more than 10 people.

The informant was to late we must call first and 35 min to late

The City Card made it easy to travel around on the trams.

Frankly, it's not profitable. Example: rynek souterrain the card does not give priority for the visit, we returned 2 days in a row to visit. The castle and cathedral are not included, and it's not physically possible in 3 days to visit all the places on offer, so you miss out on things you've paid for. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

The idea is very good, but in 2 days you are not able to visit so many museums to be able to say at the end that the ticket was worth it. If we had paid cash everywhere, we would have done better. It's just too expensive and not worth recommending.

There was only 1 possible pick up pount for the Krakow Card. Here the card was not in stock at any time. Despite repeated attempts, I never received the card I paid for. So I had to pay all the museums individually again :( . Therefore, paying for a service I never received, I can only judge poorly.

I did not realize when I purchased the tickets that the location for ticket pick up was different than the location. When I asked for an immediate refund, I was rejected, but the reservation I purchased was completely UNUSABLE! I do NOT recommend this company Headout for any transactions!!!!

At last Moment without previous warning two Museum barbican and the Wall where closed 4 hours before the right time It where closed 2 pm instead of 6 pm the day of sunday therefore i was enable tò visit this places

The number of museums, so you can also see things that you wouldn't have had on your agenda and then experience one or two positive surprises. The Krakow Underground and the Archaeological Museum are particularly well prepared! to improve: Some of the museums did not know whether they were included in the pass or not. The code reading machines often didn't work, the staff often didn't know how to use them outside the norm. They didn't know that you can switch the long device to a different mode that can also read QR codes and not the usual barcodes! That's why I had to argue at almost every museum, the worst was at Schindler's Factory (which is generally very poorly organized and structured!) In the end, with effort, explanation and friendly conversation, we got in everywhere we wanted to go. It would therefore be important to provide the barcode as well as the QR code! Also a small digital folder with the museums that are included, as otherwise you often get lost and then don't go there again!

The fact that I was able to visit various lakes and use the public transportation system

Such a great day to experience Krakow. We did the whole route then decided where we want to get off. Love the boat ride which was included in the ticket price. Bus stop locations are easy to locate you go by street name and the property number given. Definitely recommend

My wife & I have used hop on hop off buses in various cities in Europe and Asia, unfortunately WOW fell short of these other services. Firstly after buying the tickets it wasn't clear what the route and pick up locations were, as we were not given a link to the website. Unfortunately the commentary on the bus was out of step with the route, it also lacked details of many buildings and districts we passed. As an example were expecting the bus to pass by Schindler's factory, but didn't , and we had to be quick to realise that we were at the stop to allow us to walk to the factory. I would have also expected to have driven passed the Jewish quarter and the ghetto, but it wasn't clear if we did either. We first of sat on the rear of the bus but had to move as one of the forward rows as the headset point didn't work. The bus did also see to be in rush, so buildings and locations came and went too quickly to be able to see them. Finally the bus stops on the route are not clearly marked with a red sign to match the WOW hop on hop off service.

No disinfection of the headsets after changing. The headsets were immediately passed on to the next guest.

The tour itself was okey, but the information about the stops where poor. We missed several stops, where we wanted to hop off. You should declare the stops more clearly, also without the headphones. You should also inform about the sights, which stop for which sight. Now there where only addresses on the broshure. The gondola that was included in the ticket was impossible to find. Also the information about the bus stops where poor. We missed the first bus because we were at the wrong stop.

At the pick-up points we found no indication at all, referring to the red bus.

Nothing. There were no clear sign posted stops for the hop on hop off bus. It did not come to some of the stops where it was supposed to. Overall a very disappointing day. I actually had to purchase another tour due to the bus not turning up. Would never use this company again.

Very interesting experience, worth seeing for everyone, liked by adults and children, very interesting feeling when you are 130 meters underground. It's just a pity that there is no possibility to get your money back, for example if you buy the wrong amount of tickets (it happened to us that we bought 1 more adult ticket and it is not refundable, still it is not cheap, this option could be available)

The tour was perfectly organized and very interesting. The ticket system also worked really well.

Very beautiful, but we somestimes we have to "run" to stay with the group and the lift was a too far we think. But in globality it was very interesting and incredible !!!

Our tour guide spoke excellent German, had a great sense of humor and short, concise stories to tell. many thanks for that. the individual chambers were very well designed, great lighting effects, good photo opportunities. good gastronomy, delicious coffee. despite many many people, no traffic jams.

If you're ever in Krakow, it would be a real shame to leave without a visit to the salt mine. This centuries-old industrial enterprise has also become a highly artistic work of art. You'll come away richer for your eyes and intellect. In the attached photo, it's all salt. We recommend it!

Superb Site – But Book Direct to Avoid Overpaying! The Wieliczka Salt Mines themselves were absolutely superb – a truly fascinating and unique experience that’s well worth a visit. The underground chapels, sculptures, and sheer scale of the mines are breathtaking, and the guided tour (which is included with the entry ticket) was informative and engaging. However, we were disappointed with the booking company we used. We paid a significantly higher price under the impression we were getting a special guided tour, only to find out that the site includes a guided tour for all visitors as standard. Had we booked directly with the salt mines, we could have saved a considerable amount of money. The experience itself is quite physically demanding – lots of walking and stairs – so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for a bit of a workout. Despite the booking issue, we have no regrets about visiting. Just a word of advice: book directly with the salt mines to avoid unnecessary extra costs.

I liked the guided tour in German very much, only with the meeting point we had some trouble, I was in Belgium with my granddaughter who speaks Polish very well and can also use the cell phone, it was not so clear where we should meet.

An extraordinary experience at the salt mine in Krakow – highly recommended!

The tour is well-practised but beautiful, though it is "the factory". There's not much time to enjoy it, as you have to make room.

The mine itself was very beautiful and our guide was really good. But we had a problem with our ticket. We bought the "skip the line" ticket and at the information point we were told that we can skip the line. Unfortunately, when we got to the person who was responsible for letting visitors in, she was unpleasant and she did not let us in and said that we do not have original tickets and that it is not possible to skip the line. So it would be great if your team will cooperate better with the stuff from Wieliczka mine in the future. Thank you

Absolutely disastrous toilets outside the entrance. Out of 6 cubicles in the men's toilet, only 3 are open and they are still not flushed and clogged due to insufficient water pressure :-(

Everything absolutely flawless...perfect guide unique place in the world...absolutely must experience for a tourist in cracow. Fantastic

A unique place in the world, moving folk art, a breathtaking chapel and... pure air! I was expecting a lot of white, but everything is gray and fascinating. I'm also very grateful to our guide. She amazed us with her knowledge of the place and Polish history, her kindness and her humor.

The ticket was not as advertised , no such ticket exists at the salt mine ... skip the que tickets The group was very large , at the end of the tour , there was a very long walk and long wait to use the elevator , the whole experience felt over booked , Plus the price I paid for the tickets was far more expensive through your website , so feel robbed

Our tour guide was excellent, she always made sure we are all together and complete and she was very knowledgeable and her English was clear😍, in the other hand Headout booking was excellent too, I had booked few trips and nothing had difficulty, it all went smoothly🥰

The location was well signposted and the mine tour was excellent! The guide, Ola, was very nice, and taught us about the history of the salt mine, and among other things, the history of Poland, with passion and lots of interesting anecdotes. We had a great time!

The tour was very well ordered, I loved that our beautiful Guide wore miners' uniform. My family had many miners so I pay much honor to Miners. You salt mine is gorgeous! Thank You for kindness and so much help. I loved the good sense of humour or our Guide!

I had no difficulty at all, it was very easy to book the excursion and to get there and enter the hotel, and the visit was very interesting and special.

All went well. Except that we had bought queue-cutting tickets and queued like everyone else. It's not possible to "cut the queue"... So it's a lie to sell it.

The biggest issue we have with the tour is that it felt rushed from the beginning. There was barely any time to enjoy and take it in. The music room was a big disappointment. The audio did not work properly all the time.
