It was a comfortable and clean bus, with friendly and helpful staff. The commentary was interesting, although at times it was slightly out of sync with where we were on the journey. Overall, good value and a nice way of seeing new parts of Krakow.

The staff are pleasant and the explanations clear enough. The only drawback is that the meeting points are not very well indicated (no signs).

Whenever we visit a new city we always look for a hop on hop off bus - its always the best way to see a city highlights and this one was just that. Much cheaper and more comfortable than the many golf buggies which are everywhere and cost a fortune by comparison.

Such a great day to experience Krakow. We did the whole route then decided where we want to get off. Love the boat ride which was included in the ticket price. Bus stop locations are easy to locate you go by street name and the property number given. Definitely recommend

The tour was thorough and incredibly informative. It was definitely the most detailed and varied tour of this kind that I've been on. The staff were also fantastic.

Thank you very much for the informative tour. There were four of us and we really enjoyed the trip. We spent a good 90 minutes criss-crossing Krakow. We passed all the important points and got a nice, quick overview of the city and the sights.

My wife & I have used hop on hop off buses in various cities in Europe and Asia, unfortunately WOW fell short of these other services. Firstly after buying the tickets it wasn't clear what the route and pick up locations were, as we were not given a link to the website. Unfortunately the commentary on the bus was out of step with the route, it also lacked details of many buildings and districts we passed. As an example were expecting the bus to pass by Schindler's factory, but didn't , and we had to be quick to realise that we were at the stop to allow us to walk to the factory. I would have also expected to have driven passed the Jewish quarter and the ghetto, but it wasn't clear if we did either. We first of sat on the rear of the bus but had to move as one of the forward rows as the headset point didn't work. The bus did also see to be in rush, so buildings and locations came and went too quickly to be able to see them. Finally the bus stops on the route are not clearly marked with a red sign to match the WOW hop on hop off service.

Maybe slow down a bit when next to important places, so we can admire and take photos. Everything else was perfect.

The Krakow City Card for 3 days is excellent value for money. I was always kindly welcomed in Krakow museums. Schindler's factory is a must but there are a number of smaller museums in town that I loved like for instance the ghetto pharmacy and the ethnographic museum. Transport by bus and tram is efficient and nice.

Comfortable, cheap, useful to see as much of Krakow as possible. I did not use transportation, it is very good to get around on foot.

It was fantastic!! I would reccomend everybody to have it. Thanks to it, we could enter to many attractions or lovely museums including the Schindler's factory. It's totally worth the price

Overall it was good experience. Primar problem is uncomplete informations about where to collect card and that you do not have to make a timeslot reservation if there are not more than 10 people.

The City Card made it easy to travel around on the trams.

Frankly, it's not profitable. Example: rynek souterrain the card does not give priority for the visit, we returned 2 days in a row to visit. The castle and cathedral are not included, and it's not physically possible in 3 days to visit all the places on offer, so you miss out on things you've paid for. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

The idea is very good, but in 2 days you are not able to visit so many museums to be able to say at the end that the ticket was worth it. If we had paid cash everywhere, we would have done better. It's just too expensive and not worth recommending.

It was a waste of time and money. First you have to exchange the voucher, then you have to go to different ticket counters where you stand in line again, and Schindlers Factory was impossible to pre-book or get access at the location. Best don't buy this city card!

There was only 1 possible pick up pount for the Krakow Card. Here the card was not in stock at any time. Despite repeated attempts, I never received the card I paid for. So I had to pay all the museums individually again :( . Therefore, paying for a service I never received, I can only judge poorly.

I did not realize when I purchased the tickets that the location for ticket pick up was different than the location. When I asked for an immediate refund, I was rejected, but the reservation I purchased was completely UNUSABLE! I do NOT recommend this company Headout for any transactions!!!!

The number of museums, so you can also see things that you wouldn't have had on your agenda and then experience one or two positive surprises. The Krakow Underground and the Archaeological Museum are particularly well prepared! to improve: Some of the museums did not know whether they were included in the pass or not. The code reading machines often didn't work, the staff often didn't know how to use them outside the norm. They didn't know that you can switch the long device to a different mode that can also read QR codes and not the usual barcodes! That's why I had to argue at almost every museum, the worst was at Schindler's Factory (which is generally very poorly organized and structured!) In the end, with effort, explanation and friendly conversation, we got in everywhere we wanted to go. It would therefore be important to provide the barcode as well as the QR code! Also a small digital folder with the museums that are included, as otherwise you often get lost and then don't go there again!

Loves the alternative transportation in a " limo golf cart" and our guide was very personable, not to mention an excellent driver!

Whilst it lasted it was enjoyable, but it lasted about half of the advertised time only. Misleading.

The tour itself was okey, but the information about the stops where poor. We missed several stops, where we wanted to hop off. You should declare the stops more clearly, also without the headphones. You should also inform about the sights, which stop for which sight. Now there where only addresses on the broshure. The gondola that was included in the ticket was impossible to find. Also the information about the bus stops where poor. We missed the first bus because we were at the wrong stop.

At the pick-up points we found no indication at all, referring to the red bus.
