Easy to book and well organised. Meeting point clear and on time. Myself and my daughter were the only ones booked on the tour so had the tour guide to ourselves. She was very knowledgable and spoke very good English. We feel we learnt more from having the guide than we would have done just wondering around ourselves. The exhibition was well spaced out and some very interesting artifacts to look at.

Our tour guide made the visit very interesting. I really enjoyed her character and the way she explained the history of the town. It was fascinating to see the foundations of the city, the importance of the appearance of the quays, their remains, and the way life at that time is recreated.

The flexibility of travel, and the friendliness of the driver and assistant. Room for improvement would be the bus pick up points, even just a sticker at the bus shelter or on a lamp post.
