I loved that we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel- the drive was nice and the van was comfy- it was an enjoyable moving experience- our tour guide was very good and he shared a lot of information- glad we booked it
The only downside was that the explanations were a little too quick, and we had the feeling that our visit had been a little rushed, which was a pity... However, we have no regrets about having taken this tour, a place to visit at least once in your life to remember the atrocities that took place there!

Very informative tour, the whole experience was brilliant. Hotel pick up and drop off, key information sent through the day before the tour. Very friendly driver, highly recommend!
A humbling experience that was very thought provoking. The guide was excellant at conveying the life experienced as well as the horrors inflicted on the people in the camps.
Excellent organization down to the last detail, very nice driver. At Auschwitz audio-guided tour, then shuttle transfer to Birkenau. All very touching--recommended

Everything! The tour guide was amazing she shown and told us so so much! Such a sad heart breaking experience but such an eye opener
Every perdon should visit Auschwitz at least once in their lives. This was my 4th. While you could never say it was enjoyable, it is an amazing experience. I thought mybprevious experiences were better, I felt my latest trip was very stream lined. Previous visits were more rugged and got a better experience of the camps. Having said that, I understand why it has changed, because of the large numbers of visitors. But I still preferred my previous visits. I would still recommend that people visit these 2 camps.
The organization was very good. The German-speaking guide was really great. What wasn't good at all was the lunch package that we booked afterwards!!!

It was insightful. No problem with bus or driver. Surely the guide speaks better english, than if speak Polish, except she kept confusing me every time she said pre-ZONErs. I couldn't figure out who this group of people were until I was farther away and barely heard her. Much to my surprise, she was actually saying PRIZoners.
A superb excursion, a very nice driver, a top guide, and a great group of French people. If you want to visit Auschwitz Birkenau, I highly recommend taking the tour here. We would have liked even more time on site. Thanks for everything, the price is very reasonable for what's on offer.

The bus driver was extremely friendly, helpful and funny. The bus arrived at the pick-up point on time and was clean. All in all, a very moving and important experience!

It's not the kind of place you have a great time and indeed I never expected to. I put good on my review as the tour guide was amazing with knowledge and the way he respectfully presented life and deth within the camps back in the day. Some of the exhibits were heart wrenching but need to be seen as an educational reminder of how cruel history was back then. The tour was excellently organised from pick up in Krakow central to drop off the same evening. The tour was very informative and the same time heavy going to take in the misery and murder that occurred at that site. Tour guide was fantastic and could answer everyone's questions.
My girlfriend and I recently took part in the 'From Krakow: Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Transfers,' and it was an incredibly moving experience. The tour was very well-organized, and the transfers were smooth, making the journey comfortable. Our guide, Helena, was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate, providing insightful and respectful commentary throughout the entire tour. Visiting both Auschwitz and Birkenau was deeply emotional for both of us, and it was a sobering reminder of such an important part of history. We both appreciated the opportunity to reflect and learn. Highly recommend this tour, especially with such an excellent guide like Helena.
A very emotional experience. These inhuman acts must not be forgotten. The French guide explains and recounts these appalling acts extremely well. One sentence: NEVER FORGET!

A very pretty museum with very well-presented reconstructions of scenes from life... total immersion! However, we had 3 minor drawbacks: -all in all, very little about the factory and Schindler...we expected more! -our arrival: confused! No information on where to go with our queue-cutting tickets! Little or no incantation! - French language requested: but unfortunately no French audioguide. Comments in Polish or English! So unfortunately and regrettably we were only able to look at the photos and do a few translations via Google translation! But all in all, the museum is very pretty! And a very friendly, smiling young lady was a great help.

The enterance to Schindler's factory in Kroakow was orgnized very well, we enterd on time and got hearing divice. The guide and the guidness in the museum was very good and intresting. This experience is very recomended.
All the installations were amazing and made you feel like you really were walking through Krakow in the 40s. Our guide was also very good, and so interesting to listen to.
Good organization although it seemed clandestine, good guide who spoke very good English. She did speed here and there but she was on hour and time so understandable. It is a mustsee in Krakow

It was so smooth the queues for the trip were massive, but our guide was there and we skipped the queue. She was very informative and made the trip extremely educational and thoughtful. I have already recommended the company to friends and family.
Very happy we got the tour. I was worried for a minute that we weren't going to find out guide but it was easy. The guide was right there on time. Since the museum is small, meaning the rooms are small it was a bit crowded but the guide managed for us all to hear her well. Very interesting and without a guide it would be difficult to read it all and understand the magnitude of what happened there. She pointed out many small things but important. She also tod us about the ghetto wall and we walked there oursleves. It was the last minute decison the night before to book a tour and I am very happy we did.
Extremely busy visit to Schindler's Factory. First class and fascinating commentary from our guide. Spoilt by others groups failing to hold back during descriptions of events and by unaccompanied individuals generally just ambling through the museum. I would recommend researching quiet times if wishing to visit this important historical site.
The skip the line ticket was the way to go. We have been traveling and going to multiple museums, so we opted not to have a tour guide, which was good because we could visit and read the details we wanted rather than being brushed passed like I saw some guides do. It was much busier that expected, so but a ticket ahead. It was well worth the visit. Incredibly detailed, staged to get a feel for what it was like back then. Very well done. Go!
Visit started right on time, and guide was very informative also adding in a bit of humour to what is a sad tour. Felt like the group could have been smaller as sometimes we were at the back and couldn't see what he was talking about and by time we got to it the group had moved to next stage.very interesting on the whole.would recommend to anyone coming to poland from scotland
We were given an enormous amount of information about Shindler's help and also about his personal background. There is a lot to see in the factory and in terms of information actually everything from the war time is told. A very impressive tour.

If you're ever in Krakow, it would be a real shame to leave without a visit to the salt mine. This centuries-old industrial enterprise has also become a highly artistic work of art. You'll come away richer for your eyes and intellect. In the attached photo, it's all salt. We recommend it!

Superb Site – But Book Direct to Avoid Overpaying! The Wieliczka Salt Mines themselves were absolutely superb – a truly fascinating and unique experience that’s well worth a visit. The underground chapels, sculptures, and sheer scale of the mines are breathtaking, and the guided tour (which is included with the entry ticket) was informative and engaging. However, we were disappointed with the booking company we used. We paid a significantly higher price under the impression we were getting a special guided tour, only to find out that the site includes a guided tour for all visitors as standard. Had we booked directly with the salt mines, we could have saved a considerable amount of money. The experience itself is quite physically demanding – lots of walking and stairs – so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for a bit of a workout. Despite the booking issue, we have no regrets about visiting. Just a word of advice: book directly with the salt mines to avoid unnecessary extra costs.
I liked the guided tour in German very much, only with the meeting point we had some trouble, I was in Belgium with my granddaughter who speaks Polish very well and can also use the cell phone, it was not so clear where we should meet.

The booking process was easy. Whilst we found the meeting point quite easily we would have preferred a hotel pickup, but unfortunately our hotel wasn't on the list. The tour of the salt mines was fascinating and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful, but we struggled to hear her. Perhaps some form of voice amplification could be used? (Similar to the one she used in the snack bar area to advise everyone in our group to assemble and move on?)
It was nice to see the amasing place. Guide was great and the driver was also a good. Unfortunately the group was so big (c. 40 people), that it was impossible to hear anything, if you wete at the end of the line.
Firstly, running slightly late due to me reading the wrong street sign. The driver called and explained they were waiting, nice touch. I'd seen the mines on social media but they do not come close to the real thing. The sheer scale of the mines is jaw dropping and you only see a fraction. Our guide was very pleasant and informative, but the main thing is the mine itself. No gimmicks no hidden extras it was absolutely mind blowing and a nice touch of having a lift at the end. We also left our souvenir in the car by mistake, but our driver KONRAD went the extra mile and returned it to the office before we returned home the next day.
With a fairly large group you are led through salt mine at lightning speed. Nevertheless, still spent 3 hours on the road. Go along to the museum. You can take the elevator to the second floor.

The tour guide was great and very informative. It's a great experience if you don't mind walking lots of steps but you take the miners lift back up to the top. I'd advise arriving at least an hour before your tour if you wish to store luggage as there simply is not enough lockers to go around, so you will have to wait around for someone to retrieve their bags.
I was especially impressed by the underground church and the mechanism of raising salt to the surface! It's amazing how these people created these caves hundreds of years ago with simple tools! It was convenient to buy tickets online, the transfer was comfortable, the guide was professional, and I would gladly recommend the tour!
Excellent very good ...bus transport excellent inside cave and guide excellent a bit rushed at the end but still a 10 all day
Who knew that salt could be so interesting? We had an amazing trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mines. Tickets are timed and you literally turn up 10 minutes or so before your time slot to meet your guide and off you go. An amazing experience with knowledgeable guides. The beauty of the place took our breath away. Just be prepared to walk. A lot! Tiring but enjoyable- we will return again one day.
This was easy to book and from start to finish it was absolutely amazing. The tour guide was informative and fun. What an amazing place. Definitely worth a visit. So much to see. We even stayed and had a drink in the cafe in the caves. After licking the walls and inhaling the healing air we were super thirsty. Thank you to all for an amazing visit 🤩 We visited from krakow and got an uber from our apartment.
The place of course was lovely and awasome but our guide Ola was outstanding. The best. She made the tour a great experience and made the difference.
Great experience for healthy walkers; but with the amount of money you receive, having a shortened tour with a down elevator to start (perhaps 1 or 2 levels only) for slower walking persons, would increase income from families who all want to participate?
Parking nearby. Quick and easy entry. Very friendly and attentive guide with very precise explanations. Exceptional, magnificent location

Great tour, great guide, fascinating story
The tour was very interesting and we found our tour guide very knowledgeable with very good information
The guide told a lot of facts en stories about the Holocaust and Schindler: very good. Problem for me: I couldn't hear him very well, because of the background voices/music as part of the exhibition. So I missed a lot of information.
There were too many in the group so you can't always see the exhibits . Other people are also going through the museum so they then attach themselves to the group making it bigger. The guide can't see most of the the group. She finishes talking and then moves on. I wanted to read something and then found that I had completely lost the group. You have a choice you can listen to the guide and not read any of the explanations or read the captions and ignore the guide. There is no time to do both.
The tour was quite rushed and we felt that we could have self guided and learned more. There were the maximum number allowed on our tour and it was cramped in some of the exhibits and occasionally difficult to hear the guide.
The knowledge of the tour guide. It would have been nice to actually see a part of the factory where the people actually worked even if through a protective large glass window and my mother in law struggled with stairs but there was no mention of a lift being available. Thanks Bev but we all did fine it fascinating

Daniel, our driver, was great. He texted us in the morning before the pick-up, provided great info on the drive to the salt mine, got us to the front of the line, and we enjoyed chatting with him on the way back. The salt mine was a truly unique experience, and getting to see it on the tour was amazing. Thank you!
Didn't realize all that can be done with salt, ex. flooring or sculpting. The history of the salt mine was fascinating. Be prepared for a lot of steps and walking.
Pleasant tour The driver (Matthew) picked us up at the meeting point (location given the day before via WhatsApp). We took the tour with a guide who spoke good French. Atypical place and a must-see if you come to Krakow. Then at the exit, the driver was waiting for us at the expected time, he was top notch and had a good driving style.

We really enjoyed this tour, even though it was not originally on our tour schedule. The tour operator was excellent both with their pre-tour communication and providing a very knowledgeable pick up driver, Leszek, who made the 40 minute drive out there and back very enjoyable. Be warned that you need to be fit enough or may consider taking a walking/hicking stick to assit you descend the 800 steps into the Mine, thankfully you take a lift to get back to the surface. The various chambers of the mine are a must see, as you are visiting a place we mining started started in the 13th Century and only stopped in 1996.
The bus arrived on time and the driver was very friendly. We got to the salt mine and the driver gave clear instructions on what to expect.

All the sculptures and chandeliers were fantastic. The one thing I didn't like was that the group was too large so at times we couldn't hear what the guide was saying.
The driver was perfectly on time. The tour also started on time and the group was not too large. Joanna, the guide narrated with passion and was well understood. In short, a great experience!

Easy pick-up at the meeting point. Very interesting explanations by a French-speaking guide who combined culture and humor with great skill. I'd recommend this tour without reservation over our visit to Auschwitz, where the time was changed and we ended up with an English-speaking guide who didn't speak French, so we didn't understand a thing because he spoke far too fast for my poor level of English. Extremely disappointed this time. Under these conditions, I don't think I'll use this organization again for a future voyage of discovery!

I loved being informed about the Castle and Cathedral from a tour guide who was so informative and passionate about what she was talking about.
The Castle and Cathedral tour was way beyond our expectations as they contain such a wealth of historic treasures and tombs of Polish nobility dating back through centuries. Our tour was all the more memorable due to the services of our guide, Kristoff (?) whose knowledge and informative presentation was outstanding.
Our guide was very knowledgeable. She explained everything to us in excellent French. She even answered our questions.

I am very pleased with our guide. He had a sense of humor and made it fun and intersting for us all. Glad we booked this tour. It was March and a bit cold outside. Now taht just means that we have to coe bak in the summer and explore outside. Tis place has very long and interesting history.
I would recommend it because our guide really had a lot of knowledge and put a lot of feeling into the story and explanations. Very likeable 😊

The wawel castle tour was amazing. Our tour guide was excellent and his English was great. River trip was disappointing as I thought we were travelling on the gondola that's has 14 people. . Instead we were on a large boat and no guide to talk through the sites.
Découverte et explications des différentes pièces du château tres bien mais guide trop speed et visite trop rapide et beaucoup trop de monde, il faudrait mieux étaler les visites, notamment dans la crypté Prix trop cher par rapport à la visite
The tourguide was very knowledgeable and was able to present in a friendly and amusing way. It as a lot about the tapestries, despite the importance of the collection I mostly liked the stories about the kings and queens and Poland's royal history.
Nice guide, interesting facts about the castle and Polish history. A big problem was the quality of the sound. The guide frequently forgot to hold the microphone close to her mouth. A headset would have solved that problem.
Our guide was interesting What wasn't great was that the visit was very, very quick because the cathedral was closed and we couldn't get back in to see for ourselves.

Our guide was Phil and he was excellent. Good explanations. Useful anecdotes and advice. Walk was fascinating and Oskar Schindler exhibition was excellent. Would strongly recommend.
Hi! The tour was very good, Alice was a wonderfull tour guide and really made this experience great. I would take her tours anytime ❤️
INTERESTING DISCOVERY OF THE SITE IN RELATION TO THE HISTORY OF KRAKOW AND THE JEWS DURING THE WAR. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE GUIDE

The organization and the guide were perfect. Only one drawback: groups of more than 20 people in narrow rooms, so that we lost track of what the guide was describing and what we were seeing. A real shame.

The guide (I believe his name was Felip) was absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable, patient and very easy to listen to. Would thoroughly recommend.
Extremely Disappointing Tour – Not Worth the Money I had high expectations for the walking tour of Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory, but it turned out to be a frustrating and disappointing experience. The wired headsets provided were of very poor quality – the audio kept cutting out and I could barely hear anything the guide was saying. On top of that, the group was far too large, making it impossible to get close enough to the guide to hear them directly either. The time slots between groups were way too close. We were constantly too near the group ahead of us, and the group behind us kept catching up. As a result, there was no opportunity to stop, absorb, or read any of the exhibition content on our own. The whole tour felt rushed and overcrowded, which really took away from what should have been a powerful and reflective experience. We paid PLN 53.18 per person for this tour, and frankly, it was not worth it. I’m very disappointed and would like to request a refund or some form of compensation for this poorly organized and underwhelming experience.
Great guide Bartłomiej was extremely knowledgeable the only minus was the ghetto tour not well organized we stood outside not know wing where to go and when he will be back
The person leading the outing was superb. She was very knowledgeable and, when one of the party had a fall, she took charge of this impeccably.
Great arrangements all round. Emails were responded to quickly and clearly. The tour itself was also clear and well arranged. Nice tour guide, Robin was not there, we had David.

A very high quality guided tour, with a guide who has a marvellous command of French and is remarkably punctual. The explanations were really interesting, constructive and comprehensive.

Helen was very informative. I wasn't feeling well and she looked after me. Very sweet of her. I left before I went on the Ghetto part of the tour.
Our guide was GREAT ! The Schindler factory did feel a bit rushed (limited space, and lots of your groups) you do not get a chance to see all the exhibits.
Our guide - Phil - was great! He knew the area inside and out. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and history.
Very well organized and very good, detailed tour with a very friendly tourist guide. All questions were answered and the tour was impressive.

Tour guide was excellent, extremely knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the experience. Only downside was the toilet provision at Schindlers which is not appropriate to the number of visitors.
Our guide, Zofia (Sofia?), was great! Without speeding up the tour, she focused on the main points and told lots of anecdotes! She was always available to answer our questions, and made the connection with our previous visits! As for the rooms, they're magnificent and provide a real immersion in Krakow before and during WWII! A very interesting visit, but above all thanks to our guide!

Access to:
The number of museums, so you can also see things that you wouldn't have had on your agenda and then experience one or two positive surprises. The Krakow Underground and the Archaeological Museum are particularly well prepared! to improve: Some of the museums did not know whether they were included in the pass or not. The code reading machines often didn't work, the staff often didn't know how to use them outside the norm. They didn't know that you can switch the long device to a different mode that can also read QR codes and not the usual barcodes! That's why I had to argue at almost every museum, the worst was at Schindler's Factory (which is generally very poorly organized and structured!) In the end, with effort, explanation and friendly conversation, we got in everywhere we wanted to go. It would therefore be important to provide the barcode as well as the QR code! Also a small digital folder with the museums that are included, as otherwise you often get lost and then don't go there again!

Nothing
I did not realize when I purchased the tickets that the location for ticket pick up was different than the location. When I asked for an immediate refund, I was rejected, but the reservation I purchased was completely UNUSABLE! I do NOT recommend this company Headout for any transactions!!!!
At last Moment without previous warning two Museum barbican and the Wall where closed 4 hours before the right time It where closed 2 pm instead of 6 pm the day of sunday therefore i was enable tò visit this places
Access to a few of the museums but we did not get our moneys worth at all !
I spent over 30 euros in a ticket I did not use, manage for another day was not possible, cancelling was not possible. Customer service not available just a chat bot. It was never clear that was not the ticket to enter de museums, when arriving I got rejected in the entrance so I had to buy an extra ticket. Nobody from headout staff or agency was near by.
Not worth the cost, at all
Unique thank you everything, perfect pleasant and interesting

The tour was thorough and incredibly informative. It was definitely the most detailed and varied tour of this kind that I've been on. The staff were also fantastic.
Thank you very much for the informative tour. There were four of us and we really enjoyed the trip. We spent a good 90 minutes criss-crossing Krakow. We passed all the important points and got a nice, quick overview of the city and the sights.

My wife & I have used hop on hop off buses in various cities in Europe and Asia, unfortunately WOW fell short of these other services. Firstly after buying the tickets it wasn't clear what the route and pick up locations were, as we were not given a link to the website. Unfortunately the commentary on the bus was out of step with the route, it also lacked details of many buildings and districts we passed. As an example were expecting the bus to pass by Schindler's factory, but didn't , and we had to be quick to realise that we were at the stop to allow us to walk to the factory. I would have also expected to have driven passed the Jewish quarter and the ghetto, but it wasn't clear if we did either. We first of sat on the rear of the bus but had to move as one of the forward rows as the headset point didn't work. The bus did also see to be in rush, so buildings and locations came and went too quickly to be able to see them. Finally the bus stops on the route are not clearly marked with a red sign to match the WOW hop on hop off service.
It was an okey tour. A bit difficult to find the different stops the first time. The information was interresting. All in all good value for money
I liked the bussrout, we did see a lot, in a short timespand. And we could get of, and on on the stops we wanted. BUT, the busstopps on the rout should be marked way much better!!! Hard to find the right place on the street.
The stops are inexistently indicated. You have to look for them and pray to find them. In the audio guide, 85% was music, which made you not want to listen to it.

In the first bus it was very noisy and it was hard to hear the guide. We switched busses an the secon vas more comfortable.
Bus was very noisy and no interaction with your guide only he handed you the ear phones! I felt the experience could have been so much more if your guide could have interacted with the clients! Lacked the personal touch! It was like getting on a public transport bus costing a lot more!! Not the experience a tourist likes to experience when visiting another city and country. The headphones were not enough to explain different landmarks as often we could not see the landmarks they were talking about. If your paying someone to sit on a bus why not pay them to do the tour instead of a headphone tour???? They did not even tell us what stop we were at or where we would stop etc,, I also thought from my purchase information I was going on a river tour but discovered when on the tour that was not happening!! It was part of what I bought into so I was obviously disappointed. It was my least enjoyable hop on hop off experience in all the countries I have visited. Sorry but true . You can do better.
Not enough points to stop and see the sights
Friendly guides The tour
