Even though the tour was brought forward from 11 a.m. to 8 a.m., the organization was very good overall. Everything went smoothly. Our tour guide spoke very good German and explained a lot and also answered questions. The 3:30h tour goes by quickly and is a bit superficial. There is little time to look at things in peace. You would have to book one of the longer tours for that. Overall, it was a very good experience (despite all the terrible things we saw and heard)
The guide. She was awesome. Her voice tone, her knowledge and sentimental soul added a lot to this trip. Everyone should go and see what happened in the history. Everyone should feel and understand.
I found it really well organized. Always available to guide tourists. Thank you very much for your guide.
An experience rich in emotions. Friendly guide and everything went very smoothly. The only downside: our visit scheduled for 10am was moved to 3:30pm. This was written into the sales conditions, but it was a real inconvenience given our schedule.
A place that should be visited at least once in a lifetime. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a detailed account of what was seen in the death camps. It remains a strong image in the mind and heart
Except for the fact that we had booked the tour leaving at 10 a.m. and the time was changed to 5:40 a.m.😓in the end it turned out better than expected because we finished by lunch and had half a day left. The tour is nice with the guide but a bit quick.Margherita was wonderful, very thorough and kind, she gave us useful advice about staying in Krakow as well.
This is a sensitive camp. The guide was very professional. He explained everything very clearly. The meeting point and all the information was presented very clearly.
We were a small group of French people, with an exceptional guide by the name of Anita. The tour was, however, quite demanding.
Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau is a deeply moving and sobering experience. It’s not a “beautiful” place in the conventional sense—nor should it be. It is a place that confronts us with the darkest chapters of human history, and reminds us of the unimaginable suffering endured by millions. Our tour was exceptionally well guided by Magdalena m. Her knowledge, sensitivity, and respectful tone were outstanding throughout the visit. She managed to convey historical facts with clarity while also capturing the emotional weight and human stories behind them. Magdalena struck the perfect balance between education and empathy—never overstepping the line into dramatization, but also never letting the gravity of the place fade. This is not a tour you “enjoy” in the traditional sense. It is a tour you carry with you. Thanks to Magdalena, we left not only informed, but emotionally connected to what we had witnessed. Her guidance made all the difference.
The tour itself was great, you can't complain. Anyone who wants to take a look should definitely book a tour to get a lot of peripheral information. It is highly recommended - we found it very interesting and heartbreaking at the same time. I just thought it was a shame that our tour was brought forward to 07:45 instead of 11:30 as booked. It was just decided and we had no other option such as choosing another day or a refund.
I loved that we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel- the drive was nice and the van was comfy- it was an enjoyable moving experience- our tour guide was very good and he shared a lot of information- glad we booked it
A respectful factual tour, covering a very difficult subject, done very well.
The tour guide went into so much detail and just to be able to walk round
Well planned. Good communication.
Very nice guide very informative
Wonderful, and the guide was fabulous, a 10!
Everything was perfect, from the purchase to the tour! Always informed of the program! Kindness of the guides.
Good tour, very important in order to understand our human history and the terrors humanity is capable of.
The punctuality of the organization and the professionalism of the guide.
The guide I had at Auschwitz
Friendly, professional guides. Everything is clear from the start. I recommend
Excellent. Unparalleled experience.
Pick-up in Krakow, guide throughout the tour. Local, friendly and knowledgeable guide. A must-see!
The tour was flawless throughout the only thing we didn't have tickets with fast entry but We stood in line like everyone else
Excellent guides, very knowledgeable and helpful. Only sore point: I didn't really appreciate the last minute communication of time change (from 11:00 am to 6:00 am) the day before, which moreover was Sunday.
Experience history with fast-track entry and a guide fluent in your language!

Tour necessary to be able to visit Auschwitz, without a guide you cannot enter until 5 pm. Well organized transportation with pick-up and drop-off point to and from your hotel.

It's a unique experience even if the place is more than touristy and we had to leave at 4:30 in the morning. It's something to do in your life.
It was very fast paced, so not leaving a lot of time looking at the individual showcases. But overall it was very informative and impactful
Very well organized experience with adhered to schedule. Auschwitz is like a wave that overtakes you and leaves you bewildered. It makes you touch the horror and the dehumanizing diabolical thinking of man.
the experience is beautiful also and tocante but two things I disliked very little. I paid for the transfer as if they had picked me up at the hotel and instead I offended myself at the meeting point. I made prsente this thing asking for a refund (it was about 15 euros, a few but I would like them back), but no one deigned to give me an answer. other aspect I did not like was the poa knowledge dlla Italian language on the part of the guide. It is all
The guide, Blessed, in English, clear and precise and also emotionally involved since we are talking about monuments that are not playgrounds but actual cemeteries... I must say that the system however nni Piave. There is an overexploitation of the two poles, Auschwitz and Birkenau. You can visit them, unless you book 90 days in advance, only by guided tour. Expensive...too bad. the spirit of the holocaust should not allow the money machine created, and perhaps tolerated given the business it moves, to profit. Noni likes ... And then I like to stop, think, nn possible in the timed tour ... too bad
About the activity coordinated: My family and I loved the tour. The organization was perfect. The driver arrived on time, and the guide was very polite and courteous. We're very happy with everything. Congratulations!!!.
Our guide, Derek, a passionate about the history of his country, with very extensive knowledge about everything shown in the visit, who knows how to transmit and tell, beyond facts and dates ... Excellent form and substance. A 10 to Derek.

Very interesting experience, worth seeing for everyone, liked by adults and children, very interesting feeling when you are 130 meters underground. It's just a pity that there is no possibility to get your money back, for example if you buy the wrong amount of tickets (it happened to us that we bought 1 more adult ticket and it is not refundable, still it is not cheap, this option could be available)
The tour was perfectly organized and very interesting. The ticket system also worked really well.
Everything was perfectly arranged. Our driver Micheal was fantastic, very knowledgeable and funny. The tour was very interesting. Really enjoyed it. Thank you 😊
Very beautiful, but we somestimes we have to "run" to stay with the group and the lift was a too far we think. But in globality it was very interesting and incredible !!!
This walking tour in Wieliczka was the absolute highlight of my vacation in Poland. We walked thru the beautiful salt mine and was taken through inside gorgeous gems of mine. I especially liked areas with authentic equipment. Our guide, was highly knowledgeable with an undertone of humour, which kept us in high spirts throughout the 3 hour long walk. She was such a delight. Loved her jokes and anecdotes. Such an amazing experience overall. Highly recommended.
Our tour guide spoke excellent German, had a great sense of humor and short, concise stories to tell. many thanks for that. the individual chambers were very well designed, great lighting effects, good photo opportunities. good gastronomy, delicious coffee. despite many many people, no traffic jams.
If you're ever in Krakow, it would be a real shame to leave without a visit to the salt mine. This centuries-old industrial enterprise has also become a highly artistic work of art. You'll come away richer for your eyes and intellect. In the attached photo, it's all salt. We recommend it!
Superb Site – But Book Direct to Avoid Overpaying! The Wieliczka Salt Mines themselves were absolutely superb – a truly fascinating and unique experience that’s well worth a visit. The underground chapels, sculptures, and sheer scale of the mines are breathtaking, and the guided tour (which is included with the entry ticket) was informative and engaging. However, we were disappointed with the booking company we used. We paid a significantly higher price under the impression we were getting a special guided tour, only to find out that the site includes a guided tour for all visitors as standard. Had we booked directly with the salt mines, we could have saved a considerable amount of money. The experience itself is quite physically demanding – lots of walking and stairs – so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for a bit of a workout. Despite the booking issue, we have no regrets about visiting. Just a word of advice: book directly with the salt mines to avoid unnecessary extra costs.
I liked the guided tour in German very much, only with the meeting point we had some trouble, I was in Belgium with my granddaughter who speaks Polish very well and can also use the cell phone, it was not so clear where we should meet.
What I particularly liked. The whole tour was excellent, the chapel
Everything was good, i recommended
Everythings was perfect.....guide was Amazing! Very good experience
Everything was incredible, the place is extraordinarily beautiful
Transport with driver on time, with simple explanations. Interesting mine tour
Amazing ! The whole tour was class, from start to finish.
A very good guide who gave us all the important stories and information.
An extraordinary experience at the salt mine in Krakow – highly recommended!
Amazing abd effortless, would like to eecommend to add a clear sign on the bus to avoid people running up the platform before pickup as there were many other tour agencies picking up from the same spot. Or atleast provide the registration number.
The transfer from the hotel was simple and well organized. The tour guide used was very fluent in English and encouraged as well as answered all questions
The tour is well-practised but beautiful, though it is "the factory". There's not much time to enjoy it, as you have to make room.
The trip from/to the Salt Mines was absolutely OK, but then our Mine's guide's peculiar accent plus the poor quality audio system made all the explanations hard to understand, making the whole experience pretty poor and with little context. As an example of what I mean, I realized after maybe one hour of tour that she meant "chamber" when whe said "chimber" ("next chimber is waiting for us"...ah! chamber!). I am sure that a native english can overcome this problem but, if no other languages are offered, this aspect should be improved. Also, in the end we had to wait half an hour in a long que waiting for the exit lift, with no explanation, which, for a place which I guess can only be visited under strict guidance and can be entered only at precise timings is difficult to accept. I suggest (1) better queue and visit timing management (2) better audio system (3) better language support. We visited Auschwitz the day before and everything was much, much better in all three aspects.
The tour was well organized and a great price. I enjoyed the hassle free experience. Everything from the driver to the your guide were fantastic.
The mine itself was very beautiful and our guide was really good. But we had a problem with our ticket. We bought the "skip the line" ticket and at the information point we were told that we can skip the line. Unfortunately, when we got to the person who was responsible for letting visitors in, she was unpleasant and she did not let us in and said that we do not have original tickets and that it is not possible to skip the line. So it would be great if your team will cooperate better with the stuff from Wieliczka mine in the future. Thank you
Absolutely disastrous toilets outside the entrance. Out of 6 cubicles in the men's toilet, only 3 are open and they are still not flushed and clogged due to insufficient water pressure :-(
Everything absolutely flawless...perfect guide unique place in the world...absolutely must experience for a tourist in cracow. Fantastic

It was a little confusing to find the group at first with another forming & the very large line of people waiting to go in. I had to walk around & look for the sign which was not held up to be clearly viewed. Many people were standing I didn't know what was going to happen next. Leaders informed us what we would be doing and it was very clear what to expect. We walked in and got our whispers and headphones and we're directed to our guide. After we were inside and had everything we needed, the rest of the tour was Easy Peezy. Our guide was fantastic! He kept the pace going I made sure everyone was included. We had a decent size group, so it was quite annoying when other people were coming around the corner and taking up space for our group or not all of us could fit in certain sections. Our guide was kind enough for people to stay behind and take a look at what he just talked about since not everyone was able to fit in the section when he was speaking. He went over the main sections, and skipped over a few, so I made sure to take the time to look at those rooms. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially having the guide that we had.
Emotional, real story, true,history, family,powerfull,people,life, factory, courage, reality,future,oskar,schindler , power,truth.
Our guide was great and gave us a 120min tour that really exploited the Polish history, among with schindler's story. If you are in Krakow is a must do!
The skip the line with guide, was the best. The only way, in my opinion to see the factory. You learn so much. The lines outside waiting to get in make it so worth it.
A very pretty museum with very well-presented reconstructions of scenes from life... total immersion! However, we had 3 minor drawbacks: -all in all, very little about the factory and Schindler...we expected more! -our arrival: confused! No information on where to go with our queue-cutting tickets! Little or no incantation! - French language requested: but unfortunately no French audioguide. Comments in Polish or English! So unfortunately and regrettably we were only able to look at the photos and do a few translations via Google translation! But all in all, the museum is very pretty! And a very friendly, smiling young lady was a great help.
The enterance to Schindler's factory in Kroakow was orgnized very well, we enterd on time and got hearing divice. The guide and the guidness in the museum was very good and intresting. This experience is very recomended.
All the installations were amazing and made you feel like you really were walking through Krakow in the 40s. Our guide was also very good, and so interesting to listen to.
Good organization although it seemed clandestine, good guide who spoke very good English. She did speed here and there but she was on hour and time so understandable. It is a mustsee in Krakow

Absolutely fantastic, the guide was the best we ever had in our lives (history teacher at the University of Krakow)
Tour guide spoke too quietly, ran through too quickly, overtook 2 groups; no time to look at or read through anything...to be able to immerse (arrive, immerse,...); he knew a lot, but wanted to do it quickly?
We arrived slightly early and saw the massive queues outside and was relieved we had booked in advance. The factory was so much ore than we imagined.. a fantastic if not somber walk through one of the darkest times in history. The guide we had so incredibly knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had .. truly a fantastic experience
We appreciated our guide who was very knowledgeable and offered a very personal and no nonsense approach to highlight facts and bring to our attention some of the factual inaccuracies pop culture has created and also relate history to what is currently occurring in the world at the moment.
We managed to skip the huge queue which was a real plus. Lovely guide who gave us a very good overview of the story of the museum- not much time to look at the exhibits in detail

Difficulty finding a suitable meeting place that corresponded to my starting point. Being able to choose on a map would be a real plus. Some strangers to our bus (4 people) joined us as we entered the mine, and at the end of the tour they sat down at a table in the mine restaurant to eat... The rest of the group had to wait 25 minutes until they had finished eating to continue and finish the tour.
It's a pity that our guide, though very interesting, didn't care how fast the "tail" of his (too large) group was moving.
The mines are incredible (just pray your group is not that large). Also great assistance by my driver Oskar, who kept in touch with us to pick us up wherever we needed.
We are satisfied with our visit. A bit of a wait before going down into the mine... Not possible to ask questions to the guide, too many. Ok for your service.
Pick-up etc. worked really well. Unfortunately, we couldn't take part in the museum visit that our excellent tour guide offered after the mine tour, as we would have been late for our return trip otherwise. We were already running out of time as we had to wait a long time at the elevator. So please allow more time. Otherwise a very impressive experience.
We had an amazing guide and the whole experience was really cool. It's hard to understand that salt can be made into so beautiful things.
Truly outstanding organization! We were picked up at the pre-arranged meeting point on time in an exclusive, private minivan that took us straight to the salt mine, half an hour away from Krakow. Once we arrived we already had our ticket in hand for the first guided tour in Italian, which came within 40 minutes of our arrival. In the meantime we took a few tours of the local stores and had lunch. The guided tour lasted about 2 hours, once we left we were picked up again by the same minivan and driven back to Krakow to the same starting point. All super excellent! Thank you!
The trip was well organized, with prompt pick up. Our guide was excellent, very informative and kept my 7yr old interested during the whole trip. The salt mile is well with visiting!
We were initially given a pick up time of 10:00am, we were then messaged & it was rearranged for 10:25am, then on the morning of our trip we received a message asking if we could be ready for 9:35 am; three different times! Then on arrival at the Salt Mine we had to wait as our allocated time slot had passed. Felt like organised chaos.
The price. I bought a tour in French and the guide who did the transit didn't speak French. Considering the price I find this outrageous and not honest on your part. Then I had a guided tour in French, but it was the mine's guide, not yours. What's more, you have to wait an hour for the tour on the site. There is no added value.
The tour to the Wieliczka Salt Mine was well organized. We were picked up by a minibus at a pre-arranged time and location, and all the necessary information was sent in advance, so there was no confusion at all. The start of the visit was a bit chaotic due to the crowds — it’s currently high season, so the waiting times were slightly longer than usual. Even though our group had skip-the-line tickets, we still had to be patient. That wasn’t really an issue for me, as it's something you can expect during the summer months. What I found less enjoyable was the size of the group. I estimate we were about 40 people, which made it a bit difficult at times. Everyone received a headset to hear the guide, but if you happened to be near the back of the group, the signal would occasionally cut out when the guide got too far ahead. That said, the salt mine itself was truly impressive — almost unbelievable in scale. It feels like an underground city, and the craftsmanship and history behind it are fascinating. It’s definitely a must-see attraction, but I would recommend visiting during the low season if possible. The temperature inside the mine is constant year-round, so there’s no real advantage to going in summer.
Excellent organization for picking up visitors from their hotels: we were told the day before what time the minibus would pick us up. The tour, with a guide on hand, went well, even if we didn't stop at many places: there were so many groups of visitors!
Excellent communication, really well organised tour. The salt mines were fascinating to see, never seen anything like it before. There was a lot of walking but nothing difficult.
Pleasant and punctual guide. Too bad there wasn't enough time after the tour to take a stroll around town and buy souvenirs.
In this case, the company hired for the minibus transfer was a ten, on the other hand there were too many people and we had to wait a lot in line to enter the mines, although it was worth the wait, as they are incredible.
Was so good really enjoyed it lived learning all about the mines lived the part where you put the phone under the chandelier
It was ok. A lot of walking, be prepared. But, the problem was the speed imposed probably by the mine. It was a big rush and not enough time for adimiring, for questins. The transport and the guiding were very good.

The staff are pleasant and the explanations clear enough. The only drawback is that the meeting points are not very well indicated (no signs).
It was a comfortable and clean bus, with friendly and helpful staff. The commentary was interesting, although at times it was slightly out of sync with where we were on the journey. Overall, good value and a nice way of seeing new parts of Krakow.
Whenever we visit a new city we always look for a hop on hop off bus - its always the best way to see a city highlights and this one was just that. Much cheaper and more comfortable than the many golf buggies which are everywhere and cost a fortune by comparison.
Such a great day to experience Krakow. We did the whole route then decided where we want to get off. Love the boat ride which was included in the ticket price. Bus stop locations are easy to locate you go by street name and the property number given. Definitely recommend
The tour was thorough and incredibly informative. It was definitely the most detailed and varied tour of this kind that I've been on. The staff were also fantastic.
Thank you very much for the informative tour. There were four of us and we really enjoyed the trip. We spent a good 90 minutes criss-crossing Krakow. We passed all the important points and got a nice, quick overview of the city and the sights.
My wife & I have used hop on hop off buses in various cities in Europe and Asia, unfortunately WOW fell short of these other services. Firstly after buying the tickets it wasn't clear what the route and pick up locations were, as we were not given a link to the website. Unfortunately the commentary on the bus was out of step with the route, it also lacked details of many buildings and districts we passed. As an example were expecting the bus to pass by Schindler's factory, but didn't , and we had to be quick to realise that we were at the stop to allow us to walk to the factory. I would have also expected to have driven passed the Jewish quarter and the ghetto, but it wasn't clear if we did either. We first of sat on the rear of the bus but had to move as one of the forward rows as the headset point didn't work. The bus did also see to be in rush, so buildings and locations came and went too quickly to be able to see them. Finally the bus stops on the route are not clearly marked with a red sign to match the WOW hop on hop off service.
The tour itself was interesting.
Get to know the city and surroundings. Ok buses/vans.

Helen was a very passionate, brilliant, kind and a knowledgeable educator. This was a very memorable and reflective experience and worth every step you take. Thank you so much Helen for the extra soulful/ spiritual touch you brought 💫! Come ready to be immersed into the unimaginable and experience more layers to one of humanity’s darkest hours. 🙏
Our guide was Phil and he was excellent. Good explanations. Useful anecdotes and advice. Walk was fascinating and Oskar Schindler exhibition was excellent. Would strongly recommend.
The guide did a great job. However, I missed to have more time to be able to read and see all the infographics and material, since we couldn't see all the details and felt like a quick view throughout an attraction.
We had the most brilliant guide - who took us through the wartime history of Kraków swiftly and clearly, but also with humanity and wonderful storytelling. It was the highlight of our five days in Kraków.
Great experience - we had a great guide, Dominika, who really explained everything to us in detail and also gave us lots of book tips on the subject and other tips for our stay in Kraków. On our own, we would never have known exactly where the ghetto was and what life was like there!
Tour Guide Phillip was awesome, so knowledgeable. Gave great information and not too much. Never was bored. Highly recommend the tour .
Madeleine is a fantastic guide. She lives her job with passion. We covered 12 km in 4.5 hours, first wandering through the Kazimierz district, then visiting Oskar Schindler's factory and finishing with a tour of the ghetto. I recommend this fantastic tour.
We took the full Kazimierz, Schindler's factory and ghetto guided tour. It was absolutely fantastic, we loved it! The guide was very knowledgeable, and I feel that specifically in Schindler's factory there is a lot that we would not have understood if we had visited it individually. Note that this tour it is many hours- out of our group of 8 people that originally booked the tour, 6 left the tour after visiting Kazimierz and Schindler's factory due to tiredness; my husband and I did not feel that the tour was too long, however, and we appreciated visiting all 3 places as they are all related. If you are in good physical conditon and are an enthusiast of history, I would definetely recommend!
Phil our guide was really one of the best guides we have had in our travels! His knowledge about the Kasimierz neighborhood, his knowledge and passion about the events highlighted in the museun at the Shindier's factory were very contagious! we loved our tour! The museum at the Schindler's factory, though having not much to do with Schindler himself, is so well organized and brings the history of those years in a very easy to follow chronological style , that we came away enriched !!
A Powerful, Unforgettable Experience – A Must-Do in Kraków The Oskar Schindler’s Factory & Ghetto Guided Tour was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, it was an emotionally powerful and deeply educational experience that brought history to life in a way no textbook ever could. Our guide was exceptional — knowledgeable, passionate, and deeply respectful of the subject matter. They shared not only the historical facts but also the human stories behind them, painting a vivid picture of life in Kraków during World War II. The tour weaved seamlessly between locations, from the haunting remnants of the Jewish Ghetto to the factory itself, which now stands as a museum and testament to one man’s courage and the lives he saved. The Schindler Factory is incredibly well-curated, with immersive exhibits, authentic artifacts, and multimedia installations that transport you back in time. Walking through the factory knowing what took place there — and who was saved — is both moving and humbling. The visit to the Ghetto area added further depth, with the memorial at Ghetto Heroes Square leaving a particularly lasting impression. The tour balances the weight of this dark history with moments of hope and humanity, especially when learning about Schindler’s efforts and the legacy he left behind. This tour is an essential experience for anyone visiting Kraków. It not only honors the memory of the victims and survivors of the Holocaust but also encourages reflection on compassion, resilience, and moral courage. Prepare to be deeply moved — and profoundly changed.
The guide was very good at describing the history and the events during the nazi occupation of Krakow.. The tour of the museum was made much more interesting and useful by having him there (so much better than an audio guide). The same for the Jewish ghetto tour afterwards. Only thing I would say is I'vewould have preferred more detail on Oscar Schindler himself and how he operated within the nazi system - something I subsequently had to research afterwards. I only say this because the tour was badged as being the "Oscar Schindler's" tour. However this doesn't take away the very good history explanation and detail about the ghetto in Krackow given by the guide.
From the very first moment, this tour completely drew me in. The route was not only thoughtfully planned but also incredibly scenic, offering a perfect backdrop for the stories shared by our guide. What impressed me most was how effortlessly I was transported to the time period being described — it felt like stepping into history. The guide was outstanding: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the subject. Their ability to communicate complex historical details in an engaging and accessible way was truly remarkable. It’s rare to find someone who can hold the attention of an entire group so completely. Even when a 20-minute break was announced, not a single person walked away — we were all too eager to hear more, asking additional questions and soaking up every bit of information we could. That alone says a lot about the quality of the experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone looking not just to learn, but to feel history come alive. Absolutely unforgettable!
Walking tour seemed inconsistent - rushed in some areas and repetitious in others. Spent too long walking round and round the same area of Kazimierz with little new information. Lots to see in the Schindler Factory but limited time available. Factory was history of the war rather than a detailed history of Schlinder and his exploits.
Hi! The tour was very good, Alice was a wonderfull tour guide and really made this experience great. I would take her tours anytime ❤️
INTERESTING DISCOVERY OF THE SITE IN RELATION TO THE HISTORY OF KRAKOW AND THE JEWS DURING THE WAR. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE GUIDE
The organization and the guide were perfect. Only one drawback: groups of more than 20 people in narrow rooms, so that we lost track of what the guide was describing and what we were seeing. A real shame.
The quality of the guide . Good historical knowledge
Interesting tour, great guide!
Excellent information and guide
Very nice tour and the guide was great and did a great job.
The welcome, the explanations, the level of historical knowledge and the availability of our guide Margaux.
Our guide Silvia was simply amazing. It was interesting and informative from start to finish.
Our guide (Sylvia) was wonderful. very competent with a lot of commitment!
Excellent guide. A little too many people (group of 25)
The tour guide was excellent. Very committed and really wanted to convey something to us. We were thrilled.

Both experiences perfectly organized down to the smallest detail. The mines a real treat. Auschwitz and Birkenau, a complex and touching experience that everyone should do. Both guides really good. The guide to the Auschwitz and Birkenau camps, with his depth of thought and emotionality perfectly conveyed to us the understanding of what happened there. Gabriella and Joseph
The visit to the mine was not with the company's guide, not only did he not accompany us, but he gave the group the opportunity to decide whether to visit the museum, which was included and should have been done (whoever did not want to wait at the door). In short, the guide of the company that accompanies you to the Mine only does that and worries about conditioning the group not to visit the museum so they can leave early. I would not hire him again.
We really liked the transportation, the driver was nice and very kind, as well as our tour guide. She was very friendly. What we didn't like was the fact that we had to wait to the lines for a long time. We started the tour 2 hours earlier than we were scheduled and we had to wait to the queues.
Fantastic tour with so much history and information. Our guide was full of knowledge and very engaging. Everyone should do this tour!
The guide was kind to us, full of energy and very considerate, giving us several clear instructions before leaving us with the guides or on our own. Right from the start, we were given stickers to stick on our clothes to help us find our way around. The guides at Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka were friendly, experienced and answered all our questions.
The best part was the guided tour in Wieliczka, the guide was really good and spoke English well. Also our driver for the day, Michal, was very nice and helpful the whole day.
Extremely punctual and organized it was an incredible experience
Well organized trip from start to finish. Good guiding.
I would avoid head out if possible! We got a confirmation email that stated that the departure window was 7:30-10 am and that the exact pick-up time would be confirmed a day before. A day before we got a message that the pick-up time would be 5:30!!! Somewhere in the site it stated that the pick-up times may vary and the support team, which took a month to answer my message (!!), thought that this was enough to inform the customer. The new departure time was two hours before the departure window stated in the email and I think that I’m not the only one who thinks this was too early. It was also too late to change plans for us, just a day before! I don't understand why in this case the departure window was gone in the beginning if it's completely disregarded. Second problem was that even with this outrageously early departure time there was still a lot of queuing and the schedule was tight due to that. We didn’t have time for bathroom or food after Auschwitz and were told that there would be a longer break after Birkenau. The longer break for walking to the bus, getting a snack and toilets was 15 minutes, which was not enough and me and my friend had a terrible headache for the rest of the day and couldn’t do anything else in the evening after the trip. Thirdly, we were told that the trip would be 10,5-11 hours and even with such an early start to a day, the whole trip took 12 hours. There was also something positive: the guide in the concentration camps was great and it was really humbling to get to visit the camps.
The company canceled my tour, disrupting my travel itinerary. Furthermore, I still haven't received my money back, increasing my costs even further.
Auschwitz-Birkenau opportunity not to be missed. Well prepared guide and very informative. Provided transport from hotel excellent. Salt Mines interesting but at times a bit lengthy. Exit a bit confusing. Provided transport to hotel excellent.
Despite a last-minute schedule change (departure delayed by 1 hour and morning and afternoon tours reversed), organization was excellent and the day ran smoothly. Communication via a Whatsapp loop and the timing of breaks (important in an 11-hour day!) contributed to this. We had ordered lunch boxes the day before, which were delivered to us as we boarded the coach in the morning. The coach was also very clean and comfortable. Our guide literally lived his comments and explanations, which made the visits very moving in these places with a heavy past. Frankly, we recommend it. Bravo
The organization was good despite the change of pick-up times at the meeting point! Daniel made a great effort to keep us together 😊
I really enjoyed the excursion, they were punctual and gave advance notice of the change of schedule, via WhatsApp and email. We were able to visit two places on the same day, which was fantastic! Things to improve: we couldn't understand the guide very well, his English wasn't clear. There was no time for lunch, we had 10-minute breaks which we had to manage: between going to the toilet and/or having a snack. On the way back they dropped us off at the agreed place, but suggested several times that we could get off at a previous stop and walk back, it was raining, so we chose not to accept the suggestion. Overall, we were happy with our choice, there were no major problems, only aspects to improve. The tour was great.
The visit of such an important historical place is worth it and the salt mine is spectacular and I recommend it 100%. The departure at 5:20am with no option to have breakfast on the way was a bad experience. The entrance to Auswitchz was very messy with only two people at the entrance. They should improve for the amount of visitors.
Renata was our fantastic chaffeur to and from Krakow and made every effort to get is there safely and on time. Entrance lines were seemless. One recommendation is that the driver for the Salt Mine excursion (different to Renata), collects people from the actual exit of the Salt Mine and folks are not expected to find the parking lot (which is very confusing). Otherwise an awesome day spent, thank you!
Great guide and simple ticket process
The person who accompanied us in the van was very kind.
Guides in both locations were excellent, especially the last ar Auschwitz-Birkenau, who got the tone just right

Ticketing experience was good, the only reason not to give a top rating was that at times the commentary audio signal broke up and also the guide didn't make sure we all kept together and we became separated at one point.
Very informative guide and clear. Well organised and meeting point was easy to find and accomplished. Tour quite speedy and once outside castle, we could not re-enter to linger over specific items we would liked to have viewed longer.
Excellent guided tour, with highly explanatory comments on the history of Poland and the Republic of the Two Nations. It's a pity we only visited the second floor of the castle, and not the Treasure Room either. The two-hour visit was split half and half between the castle and the cathedral. I'd like to have a little more access to the castle, as the cathedral is rather small...
The tour guide was just fantastic really good and efficient the castle was beautiful and the cathedral was stunning a lot of history we'll definitely be back thanks
Good organization to collect the tickets from the meeting point. Our guide took good care of us, enabling us to enjoy the visit to the castle and cathedral! Too bad photos in the cathedral are forbidden!
I would recommend it because our guide really had a lot of knowledge and put a lot of feeling into the story and explanations. Very likeable 😊
The wawel castle tour was amazing. Our tour guide was excellent and his English was great. River trip was disappointing as I thought we were travelling on the gondola that's has 14 people. . Instead we were on a large boat and no guide to talk through the sites.
Découverte et explications des différentes pièces du château tres bien mais guide trop speed et visite trop rapide et beaucoup trop de monde, il faudrait mieux étaler les visites, notamment dans la crypté Prix trop cher par rapport à la visite
Well organised, good tourist guide, perfect experince, beautiful city
Super nice guide, everything explained very well. I would book again. Thank you very much!
Excellent and enthusiastic guide.
We liked it very much!!! Helena has explained it wonderfully
Ana was great, we loved the tour and she was very helpful in answering our questions.
Good German language skills
Very much , very good guide, very knowledgeable, very punctual
Fairly positive feedback-very dry explanation of the guide.
Our guide was a well-educated historian .
Very good guide, very good Italian and very kind.
The guide impressed with his in-depth knowledge
Great tour guide - beautiful castle
A very competent guide and a comprehensive tour.
The whole family appreciated the guide's explanations and the beauty of the site. We recommend
the competence and kindness of the guide who was able to explain all the secrets of the wonderful Wavel Castle
