We had a very good and enthusiastic explanation from our guide Nathalie thank you!🍀
Easy to book tour. Glad we booked the buggy as was raining. Anna our tour guide was very good. We stopped to look at things. Only got out once due to rain. But able to take photos. Anna also gave us extra information during the tour, apart from the audio through the speakers, which was really good and as there were only two of us on the buggy it made it more personal. She was able to drop us off near our accommodation at the end. 😊. Would recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and we learnt so much and saw so many places that we want to go back to. Jerry was a star! He was brilliant! He was a lovely bloke, friendly and knowledgeable and the best person to have as a tour guide. Thank you for a great tour! Lynn & Nick

Very nice discovery of the different places, our guide, Joanna, is really good for the explanations of what happened, we could ask him lots of questions, I highly recommend the visit 👍👍
Great experience - we had a great guide, Dominika, who really explained everything to us in detail and also gave us lots of book tips on the subject and other tips for our stay in Kraków. On our own, we would never have known exactly where the ghetto was and what life was like there!
Tour Guide Phillip was awesome, so knowledgeable. Gave great information and not too much. Never was bored. Highly recommend the tour .
Helen was a very passionate, brilliant, kind and a knowledgeable educator. This was a very memorable and reflective experience and worth every step you take. Thank you so much Helen for the extra soulful/ spiritual touch you brought 💫! Come ready to be immersed into the unimaginable and experience more layers to one of humanity’s darkest hours. 🙏
Our guide was Phil and he was excellent. Good explanations. Useful anecdotes and advice. Walk was fascinating and Oskar Schindler exhibition was excellent. Would strongly recommend.
Very informative. Helpful in orienting to the Jewish section of town. I especially enjoyed the guide's leading us, " day by day" thru the Nazi invasion and war years at the factory museum. We braved the weather --rain and all -- and still had a pleasant day!
The guide was very informative and spoke German very well. Unfortunately, there were too many people on the tour so that you couldn't always be with the guide. There were about 50-60 people on the tour and the guide tried to do the tour very quickly because she thought she had another tour to follow
The guide did a great job. However, I missed to have more time to be able to read and see all the infographics and material, since we couldn't see all the details and felt like a quick view throughout an attraction.
We had the most brilliant guide - who took us through the wartime history of Kraków swiftly and clearly, but also with humanity and wonderful storytelling. It was the highlight of our five days in Kraków.
Madeleine is a fantastic guide. She lives her job with passion. We covered 12 km in 4.5 hours, first wandering through the Kazimierz district, then visiting Oskar Schindler's factory and finishing with a tour of the ghetto. I recommend this fantastic tour.
We took the full Kazimierz, Schindler's factory and ghetto guided tour. It was absolutely fantastic, we loved it! The guide was very knowledgeable, and I feel that specifically in Schindler's factory there is a lot that we would not have understood if we had visited it individually. Note that this tour it is many hours- out of our group of 8 people that originally booked the tour, 6 left the tour after visiting Kazimierz and Schindler's factory due to tiredness; my husband and I did not feel that the tour was too long, however, and we appreciated visiting all 3 places as they are all related. If you are in good physical conditon and are an enthusiast of history, I would definetely recommend!
Phil our guide was really one of the best guides we have had in our travels! His knowledge about the Kasimierz neighborhood, his knowledge and passion about the events highlighted in the museun at the Shindier's factory were very contagious! we loved our tour! The museum at the Schindler's factory, though having not much to do with Schindler himself, is so well organized and brings the history of those years in a very easy to follow chronological style , that we came away enriched !!
A Powerful, Unforgettable Experience – A Must-Do in Kraków The Oskar Schindler’s Factory & Ghetto Guided Tour was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, it was an emotionally powerful and deeply educational experience that brought history to life in a way no textbook ever could. Our guide was exceptional — knowledgeable, passionate, and deeply respectful of the subject matter. They shared not only the historical facts but also the human stories behind them, painting a vivid picture of life in Kraków during World War II. The tour weaved seamlessly between locations, from the haunting remnants of the Jewish Ghetto to the factory itself, which now stands as a museum and testament to one man’s courage and the lives he saved. The Schindler Factory is incredibly well-curated, with immersive exhibits, authentic artifacts, and multimedia installations that transport you back in time. Walking through the factory knowing what took place there — and who was saved — is both moving and humbling. The visit to the Ghetto area added further depth, with the memorial at Ghetto Heroes Square leaving a particularly lasting impression. The tour balances the weight of this dark history with moments of hope and humanity, especially when learning about Schindler’s efforts and the legacy he left behind. This tour is an essential experience for anyone visiting Kraków. It not only honors the memory of the victims and survivors of the Holocaust but also encourages reflection on compassion, resilience, and moral courage. Prepare to be deeply moved — and profoundly changed.
The guide was very good at describing the history and the events during the nazi occupation of Krakow.. The tour of the museum was made much more interesting and useful by having him there (so much better than an audio guide). The same for the Jewish ghetto tour afterwards. Only thing I would say is I'vewould have preferred more detail on Oscar Schindler himself and how he operated within the nazi system - something I subsequently had to research afterwards. I only say this because the tour was badged as being the "Oscar Schindler's" tour. However this doesn't take away the very good history explanation and detail about the ghetto in Krackow given by the guide.
From the very first moment, this tour completely drew me in. The route was not only thoughtfully planned but also incredibly scenic, offering a perfect backdrop for the stories shared by our guide. What impressed me most was how effortlessly I was transported to the time period being described — it felt like stepping into history. The guide was outstanding: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the subject. Their ability to communicate complex historical details in an engaging and accessible way was truly remarkable. It’s rare to find someone who can hold the attention of an entire group so completely. Even when a 20-minute break was announced, not a single person walked away — we were all too eager to hear more, asking additional questions and soaking up every bit of information we could. That alone says a lot about the quality of the experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone looking not just to learn, but to feel history come alive. Absolutely unforgettable!
Walking tour seemed inconsistent - rushed in some areas and repetitious in others. Spent too long walking round and round the same area of Kazimierz with little new information. Lots to see in the Schindler Factory but limited time available. Factory was history of the war rather than a detailed history of Schlinder and his exploits.
Hi! The tour was very good, Alice was a wonderfull tour guide and really made this experience great. I would take her tours anytime ❤️
INTERESTING DISCOVERY OF THE SITE IN RELATION TO THE HISTORY OF KRAKOW AND THE JEWS DURING THE WAR. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE GUIDE
The french guide was excellent. The group size was small.

The tour was very interesting and the woman who guided us was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there were too many groups in the rooms at the same time.
The knowledge and sincerity of the guide was excellent. She was passionate about imparting what she knew in a calm and considered way.
Local guide, with good explanation in Spanish
Le guide ne s'est jamais vraiment intéressé au groupe. Il a débité un flot énorme de connaissances ( en bégayant) . On entendait très mal il parlait très vite on a vite décroché et quitté la visite avant la fin. Trop cher du coup
The guide was very unfriendly, even rude. During the tour, she missed out on certain rooms of interest, such as the presidential bathroom, and dwelt excessively on the porcelain.
Guide was boring. She was rushing and didin't tell any intresting facts.
We were informed approximately 20 min before the start that our English tour guide was sick and thus tour was cancelled.
My tour was canceled due to lack of a guide, and I'm still waiting for a refund today!
It was ok, but in an hour of time you can't explore much. Also, one group "pushes" the other group, so it was a bit stressful.
This experience is perfect for
It was a very informative tour tickets were easy to buy
Great organization, schedules and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide to explain as much as possible!

Apart from changing the time of the trip from 8am to 12.45 and not hotel pick up,about a mile away from hotel. The tour was as expected
The guide was amazing, very knowledgeable and respectful. He brought the experience to life, so powerful a visit. Thank you.
respect for the pick-up schedule. Very pleasant driver
Great communication, easy to find meeting points and punctual and comfortable transportation.
Excellent tour guide. Very informative and respectful.
Our guide Patricia was fantastic very infomative and passionate only seen on tv before it brings you back down ro earth.
It was planned perfectly! Very friendly and respectful
Transport and date kept changing. Tiny bus they cram you on. We couldn't understand our tour guide and he was very un emotional, missing out key bits of information.
Only the tour. I was changed both the time of the tour and the pick-up point, which was placed almost a kilometer away from the one scheduled at my hotel. Very poor respect for services offered and not maintained!
We got wrong lunchboxes. We ordered cheese and got ham. I was promised we would get a refund but is has been weeks and the issue is still under investigation.
My pickup point was different than the one I booked. But mostly I ordered for LUNCH, and when I was a the tour, I was not on the list so I didn't get the lunch. I didn't enjoy my 7h tour because I didn't get anytime to eat as I didn't prepare anything. So bad when you order a Tour and you don't have what you want. It really messed up my full tour. It is not acceptable.
the local partner change tour time from 9am to 5:25 them don't make call to cliant
Initially we had booked for a 10:00am time slot. A day in advance we were notified that we had to be ready at 6:20am. In retrospect, this time was better because it was still relatively quiet everywhere. The bus arrived on time, our packed lunch was ready. Within 1.5h we were at Camp Auschwitz. Very impressive how they set up the museum, informative. We had a good guide who we could understand loud and clear using transmitter/ears. After Auschwitz we went to Camp Birkenau, which was the real extermination camp. Ruins of the gas chambers, barracks. I absolutely recommend this trip and book early!!!
It was very well organised and very well informed,I would have liked just a little more time to have taken more in and to have read more information but I also understand that it was very busy and it certainly did not take away from my experience. The guide was so helpful and friendly.A very worthwhile visit.
To walk on the same road that thousands walked hoping that they would be able to get their freedom back was something . I knew that theirs hope vanished and mine was still alive , and walked away . It's sad to see thousands of shoes , suitcases , glasses and worse the hair as they had their heads shaved . The SS soldiers took their dignity away . Who can e er forget about of such crime against humanity ? ! Let's never forget .

The experience was not what we expected with the other companions. The day before, late in the evening, your intermediary company wrote to us that the trip to Auschwitz was cancelled. During the trip, it became clear that they waited until the last moment to buy tickets, because they explained to us that they are a small company and there, if someone cancels the trip, Auschwitz does not return the money. Which is not right after the tickets are paid in advance and you come from another country to look and to be told at the second last minute that they didn't buy tickets is rude. Then when we went to Wieliczka Salt Mine and traveled by van, we had bought lunch because it said on the website that the tour was 11 hours and we left it in the van while we were in the mines, no one told us that the van would be used by another group , after the trip was over and we had lunch, most of the group were missing things from lunch. The least the company should have done was compensate us with it. After that, the money returned to our accounts is not enough, in my opinion, as compensation. I don't think I will rate the experience highly, I will even spread the word to people that you are incorrect and I will not use your services again.
Was booked 2 different tours: Salt Mines and Auschtwitz Birkenau. Just the day before, Auschwitz tour was cancelled without any explanation, just due to operational issues. Requested to reimburse the tour (50% of paid package) but has been only accepted by provided to pay 25%. This is totally unacceptable as a service was paid in advance was cancelled and not credited. Extremelly bad experience with provided service and waiting to get full reimbursement for cancelled tour.
Very informative and educational tour. Daniel our tour guide was very helpful and accommodating and gave very clear instructions.
Great tour, the guides where great! Big up Charles and Pavel, brilliant duo that made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend using this group for your tours 😁👌
It was well organised except that we weren't collected from our hotel. We were also asked initially to walk a 20 minute distance to get the bus at 6.25am, however, when I said it was too far a better arrangement was made. Andrea (the Italian man) was very helpful and pleasant. The guides were also very good and informative. It was a great experience Mark & Rhona
There was a really lack of communication from the driver who often left us stood waiting for him. We had breaks in places where we couldn't go inside or when we returned he wasn't on the bus leaving us in the cold. His driving was also pretty scary. That said, the place we went to met our expectations.
Great experience overall. We overslept and missed the bus but met the group going from Auswitch. We took an Uber and everyone from the company were very helpful guiding us to meet the group. We got to experience Auswitch a little bit but got the whole Birkenau tour. Although a very sad history lesson a good reminder of how ugly the world can be and that we can not close our eyes to the current situation in Ukrain! The guide was spectacular and the salt mines a must. Thank you 🙏
Everything was as described in Headout homepage. Everything was planned and without any problems. Only I would like to have an English speaking driver. From other hand our driver was very polite and was driving safe. ☺️ I also liked that Headout send me text message with departure time, location ( also a link to Google maps) and local weather podcast for that day.
It was an amazing experience from start to finish, everything
I did the auschwitz and salt mine tours, I liked the pacing didn't feel rushed, and the guides were great.
Great day! All in it took over 10 hours yet the day didn't feel long.
Easy to book had no worries at all transport on time and very good guide with good knowledge
The guide at Auschwitz was great. Disappointed we didnt get dropped back at original pick up point.
The tour guide was fantastic. Great insight and he was helpful.
There was a bit of confusion in the beginning about who takes which bus, but that's it.
The experience was amazing. The transport was perfect. The tour guide treat us super well. I recommend it 100%
It was so so awesome and also tiring but we enjoy ourselves
Already recommend you to my friends. Everything was really great.

The tour was canceled on the same day
There really was absolutely NOTHING fun about this experience! Super bad and on the edge of online scams.
Extremely interesting visit. The visit organisation was a little weird at first, almost looking like a scam. The person charged of our visit, was not the actual guide, he bought us the tickets once on the place. So we may have paid a little more than what we would have possibly paid on the site (it is my hypothesis, I may be wrong). Then, we schedule the visit at 1 PM, but we ended up starting the visits at 2 PM, not that big of a deal for us honestly. Besides these little facts, amazing experience overall. We visited camp I and II of Auschwitz, looking deeper in what the victims of those gruesome camps have endured. The visit to both camps lasted around 1h30 each and we had the time to calmly "analyse" every point the guide showed us. I strongly recommend this experience
I went to the meeting point no one was there and when i called them they told me we enter the museum earlier and we are sorry we did not inform you about this changes i waste 300 km trip for this and they did not respect my time
