Access to the Water Park zone is included in your Energylandia tickets. You don’t have to pay a separate charge to visit.
The roller coasters and rides have age, height, and health restrictions, depending on the type of attraction. Most rides are not recommended for pregnant women, and they will not be allowed to access them. All rides also have safety guidelines that all guests at the park must follow for their own and other visitors’ safety.
Guests with limited mobility can access certain rides but it depends on the nature and extent of their mobility issues. You’ll have to speak with park authorities at the Service Desk to learn which attractions you can access. Visually impaired guests can access the roller coasters.
Yes, Energylandia has several attractions catering to children of all ages. Almost every zone has child-friendly rides like carousels, flat rides, and junior coasters. The Fairytale and Children’s zones are specially designed for young kids, with vibrant theming and colourful characters that are sure to delight them.
Other than service dogs, pets are not allowed inside the amusement park.
During the colder months, the park’s Winter Kingdom zone celebrates everything winter and Christmas. The entire area turns into a wonderland with fairy lights and illuminations, lit-up Christmas trees and other decorations, a Christmas fair, and seasonal goodies. If you want to visit Energylandia during this season, make sure to book your tickets online well in advance as the park can get quite crowded.
It is possible to leave the park and re-enter on the same day of your visit as long as you have a special ID band, which the park can provide. Make sure to carry your ticket with you as you will need it to be allowed in again.
Yes, there are several cafes, restaurants, and snack stalls inside the park where you can grab a bite and a beverage. You’ll also find many shops where you can purchase merchandise, souvenirs, and accessories.
You can take pictures and videos inside the park. However, there are restrictions on carrying phones and cameras on most roller coasters, rides, and attractions. You must store your electronic devices in the lockers provided at the park before going on a ride. The use of drones is also not permitted inside the park.
